About Us
We are a traditional British Company founded in 1862 and have been a limited Company for over 100 years. The managing director - Craig Paull - is the great great grandson of the founder, and the next generation are also involved in the business. We have prospered by trading fairly - we want customers to come back to us again and again.
We trade in accordance to our terms and conditions and all our transactions are of course covered by UK trading legislation.
In addition to your consumer rights we give you this additional pledge:
- We will carry out every transaction in a fair manner.
- If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase we will give you a refund in full on the goods providing they are returned to us with a valid receipt and in saleable condition within 14 days.
- We will also refund the carriage costs if we are at fault.
